MAINTENANCE

CHANGING OIL & CHECKING LEVEL

1. Change oil while engine is OFF but still warm,

ensure fuel cap is tightened securely.

2. Remove dipstick, and drain

oil in direction shown.

3. Place engine level. Remove dipstick. Using oil

measure cup pour oil slowly adding 0.5 oz. at a

time. Do not overfill.

CAUTION:

Used oil is a hazardous waste product. Dispose of

used oil properly. Do not discard with household

waste. Check with your local authorities, service cen-

ter, or dealer for safe disposal/recycling facilities.

Note: Engine holds approximately

3 oz. (90 ml.).

4. Recheck oil level. Remove dipstick and wipe clean

with cloth. Tighten dipstick down. Remove and

check oil level.

5. Replace dipstick tightly before starting engine.
